To further the skills of staff, Daiken has a strong training and development programme. We actively promote the National Certificate in Wood Panels Manufacturing, organised by the Forestry Industry Training Education Council (FITEC). You can learn on the job and after 2 - 3 years, you will have an NZQA Certificate which is recognised by MDF plants across New Zealand and the training is useful within other process manufacturing environments.
