Every day we produce over 500m3 of Customwood on our two production lines. By altering our manufacturing process we can vary sheet size, thickness and density according to market demand.

We operate to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards. Through a programme of "kaizen", we are continuously improving our processes, products and services. Here are just a few of the reasons Customwood is the best MDF in the world.

• We wash and screen the raw fibre through a series of metal detectors to eliminate any impurities.
• Innovation production techniques ensure density and colour uniformity.
• Every panel is assigned a tracking number so we can trace it through our plant.
• To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, all consignments are plastic wrapped for added protection.
